Back in the Game

I think it's very important that I introduce you to Mr. Carrot Head & his friend, Ms. Broccoli Head. They are paramount to my life right now, perched precariously on a shelf in my classroom eyeing me while I scramble to set it all up for the twenty-six kiddos coming next week.

My current daily routine is severely lacking in sleep but overflowing in freshly-sharpened crayons and neatly-arranged wooden blocks.

The shock of the back-to-school bustle threw me at first, but now that I'm in the thick of the insanity defining September, I feel good. Ready to rock.

Plus, I have two giant stuffed vegetables keeping me company.

Back soon.

  1. I want to come work with you. As tiring and trying as I'm sure it can be, there must be so much to make you smile every day! (i.e. mr. carrot head)

  7. Mr. Carrot is gorgeous! My sister and I bought a little mouse sitting in a carrot porsche last year in IKEA when we spent the month together in London. It also helped us to stay sane in our little 1-room-appartement.
