Scenes From The Weekend

This weekend was all busy, busy, busy, go, go, go. Between apple-picking upstate on Saturday, dinner out at a Vietnamese restaurant with friends, a photo shoot, and the biannual town street festival, I don't think I sat down until after 4:00 PM on Sunday.

Since the launch of my business, weekends are slowly but surely filling up with work. But, it happens to be good, fun, passionate work. It still hasn't hit me that I'm actually getting paid to take photos.

Life feels thrilling and full. A new chapter has begun, and all I can do is stand tall and welcome it with open arms.

(I do wish I could sleep again, though. I miss sleep).

I'm sure as you get used to the busy weekends, you'll work out how to fit at least a little sleep in there too :)
